Numbers – A team of Veteran Guardsmen contains between 10 and 14 models, giving you the option to play a board control game.Tactical Flexibility – Veteran Guardsmen can build a bunch of different ways, building a team of 10 operatives from a list of 14 options, plus one Ancillary Support option that gives you additional support, either in the form of more bodies or additional firepower.They tend to be a little more interesting (and stronger) than standard Guard teams. Similar to Kommando teams, they have a large variety of tricks and builds they can bring to the table. They represent some of the toughest operatives that the Astra Militarum can muster, veterans of dozens of battles who refuse to shirk from a challenge. The Veteran Guardsmen (which are now largely being represented by the new Death Korps of Krieg kit) are one of the two new Kill Team factions added in the Octarius book.
